Hajj 2021 (1442) Update 2

The Ministry of Hajj and Umrah have announced that Hajj 2021 (1442) rites will be limited to 60,000 pilgrims who already live in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
This decision has been made to protect the health and safety of pilgrims due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic and emergence of new variants around the world.
The dates for this year's Hajj pilgrimage are 17 - 22 July 2021.
Advice for Travellers
The Foreign Commonwealth and Development Office (FCDO) website advises that you will not be permitted to enter Saudi Arabia if you are planning to travel from the UK to perform Hajj 2021.
