Travel Advice for Coronavirus COVID-19 (Update 22)
06 May 2020
The coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic continues to affect countries across the world.
The World Health Organization (WHO) continue to produce a daily situation report listing countries affected and the number of confirmed cases in each country, available here: WHO Daily Situation Report
This pandemic has led to unprecedented international border closures and all countries may impose travel restrictions without notice. Consequently, the associated Foreign and Commonwealth Office (FCO) Exceptional Travel Advisory Notices still stand:
- 17/03/20 - British people are advised against all non-essential travel worldwide. This applies for an indefinite period due to unprecedented international border closures and other restrictions.
- 24/03/20 - British people travelling abroad to return to the UK now, if commercial flights are still available.
